Customer Focus

We strive to fully understand what our customers want and need. Our goal is business growth and so our priorities, in order, are quality products, timely delivery of parts (on or before the due date), and competitive prices. We will stock materials and finished parts if needed and work to continuously improve our manufacturing and inspection processes.

Milling

We are very good at low volume (from 1 to 500 parts) small mill parts. We have developed unique processes to hit target dimensions centered in tolerance zones. 

Prototyping

With years of engineering, process, and R&D experience we can provide advice, parts, and assemblies for prototype equipment projects.

Inspection

Our inspection program begins at the machine, producing parts using SPC procedures to verify that tolerances are met, and ends with each part being “detailed,” or final finished, to insure a uniform, scratch free appearance and that deburring was complete. All parts are wrapped and tagged with the part name, PO number, and part numbers. We are also equipped with a TESA Dual Manual/CNC CMM.
